Happy Easter

So, March has been a rough month for the Steele Clan here in Maryland. It all started with Cody and the Flu about three weeks ago and is now finally ending with my recovery from pneumonia, sinus infection, bronchitis and most recently the 24 hr stomach virus. I believe we are now on the mend. We are having a wonderful Easter. The sun is shining and its nearly 55 degrees which is a nice change from the gloomy and bitter, windy days we've been having.

Cody, Riley and Shea enjoyed dressing up in their new Easter attire this morning and we had a wonderful service at Grace Bible Church. Dan and I sang in the choir and Dan was the featured soloist on an incredible song called, "It was His Blood."

We are really enjoying starting some traditions of our own this Easter. Cody and Riley were thrilled to find what the Easter Bunny had brought for them. We had a good 'ole Steele family Sunday lunch of roast beef, rice, beans, corn and biscuits. We then went on outside for an Easter Egg hunt. The kids really loved it!

We are looking forward to our up coming visit to Staunton, Va to Grammie and Papa's house. Thank you to all who kept us in your prayers as we struggled through illness.

Love, Hope, Dan, Cody, Riley and Shea
